We opened our Northern California office in 2014, and it has become our fastest-growing region. We are looking for a full-time As-built Surveyor to join our team at PPM. Position: Architectural Scan Surveyor
Location: Travel to job sites in the Bay Area, but occasionally other areas in Northern California and out-of-state.
Pay Rate: $28-$35 per hour, based on experience
This position utilizes specialized equipment and software to scan, measure, and document As-Built conditions of all types of properties: houses, apartments, offices, retail buildings, hotels, schools, and more. Key skills and capabilities include:
1. Great attitude
2. Organized and high attention to detail
3. Tech-minded and assertive problem-solver.
4. Independent, but with excellent communication and "people skills".
3. Strong working knowledge/experience working with Lidar scanning devices, lasers, drones, etc.
4. Degree in Construction, Architectural, or Engineering
5. Basic AutoCAD skills, Revit is a plus
6. Extremely timely with excellent time-management skills.
