Landscape Estimator and Project Coordinator
Position Overview:
The Landscape Estimator plays a key role in evaluating, pricing, and developing proposals for landscape projects. The primary responsibility of this position is to prepare accurate cost estimates for landscape installation services. You will be reviewing and analyzing landscape plans, pulling material quotes, creating take-offs, and preparing bid proposals.
This role also requires coordination and communication with designers, field managers, vendors, and clients. The person for this role must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Must have the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
You will often be the first point of contact with potential clients, and will need to pre-qualify them as well as convey the company's goals, standards, and process.
As project coordinator, this role also requires conducting site visits in addition to office work. This position requires an attention to detail, and a strong understanding of the technical aspects of landscaping.
A minimum of one year landscape estimating and project management experience is required.
This position is full-time and requires both office work and field work.
