We are looking for a reliable Project Manager for our custom cabinet business, we are a staff of 15 people. The right person will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The tasks of the project manager will include help to coordinate ongoing projects and organizing information for the team involved with the projects. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. Detail oriented is a must.
Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate multiple projects to ensure they are completed on time and on budget
Organize and plan project tasks and schedules
Communicate and coordinate with clients regarding finishes, drawings, etc.
Scheduling project deliveries and meetings
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed on orders
Assisting with client meetings while taking notes
Assist with AutoCAD drafting
Creating Sample boards & Finish Schedules
Monthly posts to our social media accounts
Weekly meeting with the president of the company
Requirements:
AutoCAD (2 years)
Proficiency in MS Office products, Google Docs, DocuSign
Organized and proactive
Administrative experience
Project Management experience
Excellent communication skills
Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple projects.
Experience working in a construction office is a plus!
Schedule:
10 hour shift
Monday to Thursday (In person)
