Established Restaurant looking for a 4 day a week Assistant Floor Manager.
Core responsibilities include:
-Managing Floor Service and supporting Servers on the floor
-Required to serve one dinner shift a week
-Manage Inventory and invoice management
-Maintain Cleanliness and Maintenance of restaurant
-Support Kitchen Line and Expo
-Check in with each table and ensure quality and guest satisfaction
Ideal Candidate has a food and service background, but willing to train the right candidate
Work Schedule:
Mondays 3PM-9PM
Friday: 12P-10PM
Saturday: 12P-10PM
Sunday: 11A-8PM
Tuesday-Thursday OFF
Hourly Rate is $23-26/hr plus 25% share in Tip Pool. This would be a "Non traditional Work Schedule" Position and overtime would not be included but 36 hour work week is condensed to a 4 day work week.
