We are searching for a talented individual with experience in casual farm to dining at our new Tiburon waterfront location. A minimum of 5 years of culinary experience in a leadership or management position.
Recruiting FOH staff and managing schedules. Able to lead management team’s growth and progress through direct mentorship to ensure full engagement and accountability. Ability to promote a positive work culture driven by strong conflict resolution skills. Has a comprehensive, high level understanding of HR policy and procedure to ensure compliance relative to appropriate workplace behavior, scheduling/timekeeping, and safety. Experience in overseeing an innovative beverage/food program. Extensive knowledge of wine. Payroll management
