Who You Are

We are looking for a strong, reliable leader to oversee and manage Front of House and Back of House operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive culinary knowledge, outstanding leadership skills, and exceptional standards of food quality and consistency. This is a hands-on role that will work with staff in preparation and cooking while also ensuring a high-quality experience for our customers.

Key Skills:

Assistant General Manager (or similar role) experience (minimum 2-3 years) including in-depth knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety regulations, and kitchen equipment

Leadership and Team Management Skills

Communication Skills

Safety Standards

Computer skills, including the ability to read and interpret documents and write routine reports/correspondence

Training and development

Ability to work weekends and holidays

CA Food Handlers Certification

Close-toed, non-slip shoes must be worn
