Assistant Manager:

Assistant Manager Position Requirements:
-1 year of management experience in a full service restaurant.
-Knows the restaurant business (joining our team is just a matter of transferring experience to our system)
-Manage shifts and work with existing management team to ensure smooth day-to-day operation
-Create memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations
-Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
-Understands that being a great teacher is what defines a leader and measures personal success through employees' achievements!
Ideal Candidates Provide:
-Comprehensive knowledge of OpenTable
-Experience with the Toast PoS system
-Experience with Microsoft Office
-Strong beverage knowledge, including wine
-2+ years of management experience
