Seeking experienced baristas with extensive coffee knowledge such as different brew methods, milk conditioning and aeration, experience working with espresso machines, dialing in espresso, and able to make multiple drinks at a time while providing consistent quality. Works well in a fast paced environment and serves customers with a sense of urgency.
Outgoing personality with ability to provide excellent customer service and build customer relationships.
