Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Barista to join our team! As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages
- Engage with customers and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and dining area
- Operate coffee equipment safely and efficiently
- Handle POS transactions accurately
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
Qualifications:
- Previous barista experience
- Passion for coffee and excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekeends
