La Stazione Coffee & Cannoli, a welcoming and vibrant spot in the heart of Dogpatch, is looking for a talented and reliable Barista / Server to join our front-of-house team. This is a full-time or part-time, daytime position perfect for someone who is passionate about coffee, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys delivering excellent service. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare a variety of espresso-based and specialty coffee drinks, including lattes, cappuccinos, macchiatos, mochas, espressos, Gibraltars, and more
Fill pastry orders
Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation in every beverage and cannoli served
Serve drink orders efficiently and accurately
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the barista station
Provide friendly, professional, and prompt customer service at all times
Qualifications:
Previous barista experience required
Strong working knowledge of coffee equipment and drink preparation
Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a busy setting
Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Schedule: Full-time or part-time, day shift (weekend availability required)
Compensation: Hourly wage ($20-$25 per hour depending on experience) plus tips (ususally $7-10/hr)
