Bartender - Barcha (San Francisco, CA)
Barcha is looking for an experienced Bartender to join our team! We are a vibrant Mediterranean restaurant with a strong cocktail program, and we need a skilled bartender to provide top-tier service to both guests and staff during dinner service.

AM and PM Shifts available, Monday - Saturday
Compensation
$19.18/hour + tips
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve craft cocktails, wine, and beer for both bar guests and dining room service
Provide warm, knowledgeable, and engaging hospitality to bar guests
Serve food and beverages at the bar while creating an inviting and dynamic guest experience
Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and proper stock levels throughout service
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper alcohol handling procedures
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar
Strong knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, and wine
Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
Required Certifications:
Responsible Beverage Service (RBS)
California Food Handler’s Card
Sexual Harassment Prevention Training
Must be a team player with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
