DUTIES: Prepare serve cocktails according to recipes. Using jigger necessary.
Adhere to proper alcohol handling, sanitation, and safety procedures. Maintain appropriate dating, labeling, and rotation of all beverage and garnish items. Monitor daily supply inventory for bar and submit list of needed items to supervisor. Restocking and cleaning bar. Counting cash drawer and completing end of shift reports. Must be able to stand for 8 hours, climb stairs and lift 25 pounds.
SERVER $18.67+TIP
DUTIES: Greeting guests at table. Ensuring exceptional service by possessing extensive menu knowledge, including allergens. Taking orders with handheld POS. Maintaining a clean, organized station throughout the shift. Counting cash drawer and completing end of shift reports. Must be able to stand for 8 hours, climb stairs and lift 25 pounds.
Server Assistant
$18.67 + TIP
DUTIES: Responsible for supporting the waitstaff and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests. This includes setting tables, clearing tables, running food and assisting with any other needs that arise during service. Must be able to stand for 8 hours, climb stairs and lift 25 pounds.
HOST $21.00
DUTIES: Greeting guests, providing accurate wait times and escorting customers to the dining and bar areas. For this role, you should have solid organizational and people skills to make sure our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive till their departure. Must be able to stand for 8 hours.
