Bartender - The Dawn Club
From the team behind bars like Bourbon and Branch and Local Edition comes THE DAWN CLUB. The Dawn Club is a new opening on Market Street in San Francisco that include cocktails, live jazz, and one of the rarest whisky collections in North America. Responsibilities
Prep, setup, and prepare the bar for daily service
Prioritize guest orders and strive to deliver drinks promptly and efficiently
Take and return a variety of payment types with accuracy
Assist in cleaning and sanitizing, as necessary
Keep work relationships professional and courteous
Demonstrate attention to details
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in busy hotel, restaurant, or nightclub
Knowledge of various drink-building techniques and styles
Knowledge of different spirits and wines are preferred
Demonstrate an ability to maintain strong coworker relationships
Flexible evening availability
Able to take direction and follow through on all reasonable requests from managers
Able to stand 8-10 hours
