Experienced bar manager with great customer service skills, current ABC/RBS certification. Must be proficient with inventory levels, interviewing & training bar staff, maximizing bar profits with proper pour and inventory controls, scheduling and opening/closing daily bank. Work with venue manager and volunteer staff for smooth bar operations.
Empress Theatre / Empress Marquee Club events include weekly Wednesday evening Blues. Other events include: Theatre and Marquee Club venue rentals, Comedy shows, symphonic events, fundraising events for specific causes, Jazz.
