Popular downtown Oakland bar looking for Bartenders and Barbacks to join our small dedicated team (open Wed-Sun).
Bartenders:
Specifically we are looking for outstanding individuals who share our passion for providing a "wow" guest experience. Role involves taking orders, efficiently and consistently preparing high quality drinks, bar upkeep, and tending to guests in a medium-to-fast paced bar evironment.
- min 2 years bartending experience (preferably in fast paced bar/restaurant)
- must have weekend availablity
- ability to lift 40-50lbs

Barbacks:
We are a small team, so our barbacks are integral to the success of the business and responsible for multiple functions , ie. greeting guests, checking IDs, bussing tables, preparing and washing glassware, bar stocking/prepping and general assistance to bartenders.

Door-People/Security:
This person will work collaboratively with bar staff to ensure a safe and fun environment. The person in this role will be responsible for maintaining safety for patrons and the public, checking IDs to ensure age requirements, enforcement of bar policies (re over-serving, intoxication, etc.), deesclating situations, and removal of unruly patrons (when necessary).
