Position Overview: Beertender
As a Beertender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, pouring and serving our craft beers, and ensuring a clean and inviting environment for our patrons. This role requires availability for weekday afternoon shifts and occasional weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
+Pour and serve beers while adhering to safety and quality standards.
+Provide outstanding customer service and engage with patrons.
+Operate the POS system efficiently and accurately.
+Maintain cleanliness in the bar area and ensure proper sanitation practices.
+Assist with lifting and moving supplies as needed (up to 50 pounds).
+Arrive on time and maintain a reliable attendance record.
Qualifications:
+Previous pouring experience preferred.
+Experience with POS systems is a plus.
+Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
+Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
+Commitment to cleanliness and a high standard of hygiene.
+Punctuality and reliability are essential.
Position Overview: Cook
As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing various foods for the line, cooking meals to order, and keeping the kitchen clean and sanitized. This is a part-time role that requires weekday availability and potentially some weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
+Cut and prep meat, cheese, and veggies for the line
+Use a deep fryer, flat-top, and pizza oven to cook meals to order
+Plate food in an appetizing and appealing manner
+Cleaning dishes and other kitchen equipment.
Qualifications:
+Commitment to cleanliness and a high standard of hygiene.
+Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
+Punctuality and reliability are essential.
+Minimum one year working in a professional kitchen.
