Reporting to the General Manager, we are looking for exceptional Service Managers who love to work with people. Managing shifts, leading and directing daily operations, and consistently providing exceptional service to guests and employees are all responsibilities of a Service Manager.

Qualifications

- High volume restaurant management: 2 years (Required).

- Bartending experience (not required but preferred)

- Actively engage with guests and always maintain a floor presence (Required)

- Ability to coach and develop selling skills for servers and bartenders

- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals.

- Proven ability to identify business trends and react quickly to the needs of the business.

- Previous success identifying, developing and retaining strong team members.

- Able to lift up to 50 lb. stand/walk for long periods, work within close physical proximity to other team members and, at times, work in a walk-in cooler.

- Proficient in English (verbal and written), math and cash handling.

- An eye for detail and the ability to multitask

Essential Job Function:

- Ability to take charge of scheduling for front of the house staff.

- Set the pace and Energy Level for the entire shift.

- Ability to communicate with the kitchen and conduct daily pre-shift meetings.

- Strong leadership qualities.

- Positive and Inspiring attitude at all times.

- Ability to develop all team members and managers.

- Consistent attendance and punctuality (Must)

- Project competency and confidence.

- Support the front-of-house staff in the day-to-day operation of the store.

- Filling in wherever necessary to get the job done.

- Perform service tasks, such as clearing tables, running food and drinks when necessary.

- Ensure team adheres to all food safety, cash handling and operational policies and procedures.

- Ensure restaurant’s appearance, as well as each team members performance is to company standard.

- Effective teamwork skills, ability to inspire your team to work together.

- Strong communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, and electronic).

- Genuinely friendly interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical skills.

- Inspiring personality.

- Ability to conduct monthly inventory accurately.
