Send in your resume, if your resume meets the qualifications we will send you an invitation to the Skills Test on the day of your choice. Minimum 3 years BOH experience. Preferably candidates with Brunch or Thai cuisine experience.
Participants are only required to select one of the two days to test, both Friday and Saturday the test starts at 10am. Participants may bring their own knives and aprons if desired. Non-Slips are required. To RSVP Please send in your resume and specify if you are coming in to the Skills Test on Friday 11/1 or Saturday 11/2.
Itinerary:
Contestants will show off their prepping skills, cooking skills and bring 1 dish from home. Show off your style, plating, and flavor creation. Contestants who pass the culinary test will remain on site for a 1on1, 5 minute interview.
Dish From Home Rules: You must list all ingredients in the dish and ingredients used to garnish with. Spice level must be tolerable. Under cooked dishes will not be tested. Plating on site is allowed if transporting individual components.
Final Decision Calls will be made on Sunday 11/3 2024.
