We will be hiring for the following positions: Bartender
Position Requirements:
- The position requires an experienced bartender with 3 years of experience in a full-service restaurant
- Excitement about our brand and product
- A hard-working team player who values and works with honesty and integrity
- Extensive knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with management and fellow team members
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently, experience working in a fast-paced dining environment
- Passion for hospitality and FOH team members must possess a strong food and wine knowledge
- Demonstrate a strong knowledge of common cocktails
- Create memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations
- Perform calmly and efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Must be able to carry boxes and lift up to 30lbs
- Must have or be able to obtain all necessary certifications including – RBS Training (FOH only), Sexual Harassment Certification, Manager Food Handlers Certification
Ideal Candidates Provide:
- Comprehensive knowledge of & passion for food, wine, cocktails, & beer
- Experience with the Toast PoS system
- 3+ years of bar experience
