Good Earth Fairfax is filling a Full Time Bread Baker Position
We are seeking someone with at least one year professional experience baking artisan bread. If you are passionate about baking the finest quality bread with the best organic ingredients this is a great opportunity. This is a great opportunity to showcase your baking skills and support the community’s health and pleasure through hand-shaped organic wholegrain bread. This position is full time and includes one weekend day. We Offer:
$19-$21/hr Starting Wage, with a full Wage Range of $19-$26/hr Quarterly profit share bonuses 401K with employer match Paid Vacation and Sick Time 30% discount on all store purchases, with 50% Kitchen/Cafe Takeout orders Medical, dental, and vision plans
Qualifications
One year minimum professional bread baking experience Basic to strong culinary/baking experience Strong customer service experience Must have knowledge or interest in natural and organic food English fluency required, Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred
