Essential Functions & Responsibilities
● Place dough on pans, molds or on sheets and bake in oven
● Operate mixers, proofers, ovens, scales and similar equipment.
● Pack bread and arrange in baskets
● Roll, cut, and shape dough prior to baking
● Unload and stock ingredients in storage areas
● Clean and store equipment and utensils
● Organize and maintain cleanliness of work area
● Ensure high product quality and consistency for customer satisfaction
● Assist bakers with various other duties, as needed
Job Qualifications
● Ability to understand and follow instructions
● Adaptability and self-motivated to gets things done
● Ability to multi-task and and follow production schedule
● Ability to operate machinery, tools, and equipment properly and safely
● Ability to bend, lift and grasp pans, bowls, pots, etc. and their contents, as needed
● Ability to be subject to environmental exposure to extreme temperatures (ovens, freezer, outdoors,
etc.)
● Knowledge of proper food handling procedures
● Ability to maintain high standards of safety and sanitation
● Ability to work work effectively with other employees with respect for self and others
● Ability to provide regular and predictable attendance
● Experience in commercial bakery or food production a plus
● Ability to speak multiple languages a plus

In addition to our brick-and-mortar shop in Daly City, we operate full-scale wholesale and distribution and have experience supporting restaurants, school meal programs, catering, and airline food service.
