Lead Opening Baker. POSITION OVERVIEW:

Baker and Viennoiserie
- lead responsibilities include portioning/shaping dough, dough-making, bread proofing, bake-off, and lamination.
- Pastry production included.
- this is an enriched bread program (milk bread being the main bread )
- each team member of Breadbelly is cross trained. Team members help by doing task together.
- ideally has a minimum of 1 year experience, in the hospitality industries.
- willing to train the right individual with hospitality experience. We like individuals who can bring new perspectives.
WORK HOURS:
5:15am-1:45pm + overtime hours are available depending on work load.
Candidate must be available to work Saturday and Sunday.
PAY: $20 per hour plus tips ( additional $5-8 per hour)

This position entails providing assistance to producing pastries, as well. We wish for our new team member to desire to better themselves daily - enjoys balance and structure inside and outside of work.
