We don't have a single coffee product, but a technical focused barista who can turn a wrench on a grinder or espresso machine, dial in the espresso, and maybe even knows their way around some bike maintenance. This job is right up your alley. However, we encourage anyone from food and beverage to apply. One of our best production workers ever worked at McDonalds when we hired him. If you work at a McDonalds, or any other franchise style fast food place, consistently give it 110% while smiling, perform the systems you're taught as flawlessly as possible due to a natural propensity to take pride in one's work. The primary position we want to fill is:
Line Operator $23-$26 per hour - Ideal candidates have experience using machines and being in a production environment, basic math skills, strong communication skills, high attention to detail, some physical dexterity, and the ability to think and move quickly. Professionalism, punctuality, and reliability are paramount. Supervisory and leadership experience is a plus.
Schedule is 8am-430pm.

Are consistent in attendance
Can perform repetitive tasks for 30-60 minutes at a time
Are proactively helpful in a team environment
Have the ability to self start and self manage
Understand working with a sense of urgency
Can comprehend and follow instructions
Are proficient in speaking and understanding the English language
Have ability to move their hands quickly the entire shift
Can count to 24 reliably
Can maintain focus and not allow distractions to interrupt their work
Have acute attention to details
Will stand or sit for extended periods, depending on the task (mostly standing though)
Have the strength to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
Can contribute to a clean, orderly, organized work environment
