We are a successful upscale restaurant and bar in Redwood City featuring premium steaks, California cuisine, craft cocktails, beer and wine. We have evening shifts available for motivated Servers, Bar Backs and Food Runners who want to make their mark on the Bay Area dining and cocktail scene. Server Requirements:
- We prefer at least 2 years FOH restaurant experience, but will train motivated candidates
- Our ideal candidate has both serving and bartending experience
- Positive attitude and desire to provide quality service to all customers at all times
- Ability to work with a team
- Knowledge of food, classic cocktails and beer/wine is a plus
- Love of food and drink
- P.O.S. experience preferred, but will train
- Available nights, weekends, and holidays
Bar Back Requirements:
Your responsibilities include perform important guest services like setting and clearing dishware, refilling beverages, and bar top maintenance. Assist in proper bar set up (stocked, organized, cleaned) and providing lightening quick keg changes. Bar backs will assist the floor when necessary.
- Real desire to learn about cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
- Great attitude and an understanding of the importance of service
- Ability to lift and move 50 pounds
Food Runner Requirements:
- A passion for hospitality
- Evening availability
- Will train the right applicants
