Hours
25+ hours per week. This position requires availability Thursday through Sunday, with the flexibility to work additional days.
Line Cooks:
Must be dependable and have a strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
Have ServSafe Food Server certification prior to the first day working in the Kitchen.
Must have the ability to multitask, be a self-starter, and be able to work unsupervised at times.
Must be able to work quickly and cleanly while maintaining precision in cooking and plating.
Duties:
Set up kitchen and prep foods needed for service.
Workstation during service, cooking, and plating as directed by Chef
Stock/restock stations for upcoming services
Assist in dishwashing and cleaning/deep cleaning
Communicate any inventory or repair needs to Chef
