Our Baskin Robbins location in Rohnert Park is looking for a week-end, part-time, cake decorator. The Cake Decorator is a key position at Baskin-Robbins. Candidates for this position must demonstrate a high level of artistic ability/skill using decorating tools such as cake turntables and electronic mixers to make elaborate, attractive pastry and cake designs.
This is a part-time week-end position with flexible hours (morning preferred). Training will be provided, but the ideal candidate must have at least one year of experience in a similar position.
The cake decorator is responsible for preparing, designing, and decorating cakes according to customer and BR brand specifications. The position requires excellent organizational skills with proper cleaning and sanitary handling of work areas according to health and safety regulations.
The ideal candidate demonstrates manual dexterity; has a steady hand and is able to work standing for long periods of time. Candidates must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to provide friendly and courteous service to customers, take customer special orders and quote accurate pricing, both in-person and by phone.
