Kitchen-
In the kitchen part of the job this team member is responsible for food prep and filling customers' orders. In addition, this position helps with team with food inventory, ordering, prepping, storing ingredients and food preparation for customers in house and to go orders. You should also ensure that the kitchen and storage areas remain clean at all times and ready for service exceeding the county health code requirements.
Kitchen Responsibilities:
Cleaning all dishes, work stations, cooking equipment, and food storage areas in accordance with food safety regulations.
Washing, chopping, shredding, and grating ingredients for subsequent use.
Sweeping and mopping floors, as required.
Receiving of deliveries.
Storing ingredients according to prescribed food safety regulations.
Monitoring of inventory and placing orders.
Reporting all food costs and margins to the Owner.
Assist with Menu development.
All other duties as required.
