Catering Co. in the South Bay looking to fill early AM prep cook.
Prep-cook:
Shifts start @ 5am, must be willing to follow instructions and work independently with given deadlines. Good knife skills along with experience with preparing different menu items, be able to lift 40 lbs.
A food handling certification is required, and have good organization and communication skills.
$18 - $22/hr. for Prep cook BOE
