Cavaña seeks a friendly, professional, and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host or Hostess. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive first and last impression. This position is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering a high level of guest service.
Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Assist guests with seating arrangements and special requests
- Manage waitlists and ensure timely seating
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations
- Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness and organization
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Previous experience in guest relations or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of food service industry practices and procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle high call volumes
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
