Che Fico is hiring an Expo and Food runners!
Chefs David Nayfeld partnered with operator Matt Brewer to bring Che Fico to San Francisco’s Nopa neighborhood. Che Fico features handmade pasta, pizza, salumi, wood fired meats and other dishes utilizing local California ingredients as if the Bay Area was a region in Italy. Che Fico has a robust craft cocktail program as well as a very developed wine and beverage program featuring local California and Italian wines and beverages.

The ideal expo candidate:
Must possess excellent communication skills
Be able to communicate clearly and concisely between the kitchen and dining room teams
Ensures all orders are being prepared in a timely manner
Is responsible for the flow of the entire restaurant and the dining experience of every guest
Has some kitchen experience preferably but it is not required
Is well organized and has multitasking abilities
Checks dishes before delivery for presentation and accuracy.
