The Ideal Candidate

Brings 2+ years leading a fine dining kitchen.

Demonstrates genuine passion for, understanding of, and experience cooking Italian cuisine.

Hands-on experience cooking seasonally, direct sourcing from local growers, ranchers, makers, etc.

Possesses the grit, tenacity, and drive to fully immerse in and own the operation.

Emotional maturity and excellent communication skills.

Takes initiative and drives excellence.

Willing to take direction from and collaborate with owners and co-managers.

Builds meaningful relationships with producers and purveyors.

Excels at team leadership and development.

Approaches service with warmth and authenticity.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000
