Harry's Bar, an iconic landmark in Pacific Heights, is searching for an experienced Chef/Kitchen Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. Collaborate with ownership to develop exciting new bar food and weekend brunch menus that will delight our guests.

Responsibilities:

Lead kitchen operations, including hiring, training, and managing kitchen staff.

Take charge of menu development, ensuring a perfect balance of flavors, creativity, and customer preferences.

Implement effective inventory control procedures and manage ordering to maintain optimal stock levels.

Collaborate with ownership to create and execute a social media strategy to promote our new brunch and coffee program.

Requirements:

Proven experience in kitchen management, with a strong background in menu development and staff supervision.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously.

Knowledge of inventory control and ordering processes to minimize waste and maximize profitability.

Familiarity with social media platforms to effectively market our new offerings.
