We are seeking dedicated and passionate Chefs de Partie to join our kitchen team. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic, detail-oriented environment where precision, collaboration, and growth are valued.

SUMMARY OF POSITION
As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for:
Mise en place and station setup to the highest standards
Executing a station during service with precision and efficiency
Maintaining proper food storage and handling practices
Collaborating with the team to ensure consistency and excellence
Training and mentoring junior team members
Adhering to health, safety, and sanitation regulations
This position requires at least 3 years of kitchen experience, preferably in fine dining or ambitious kitchens. Culinary training is a plus but not required.
