We’re a small, local mom-and-pop specialty coffee roastery looking for a reliable and passionate barista to join our team for our Saturday Farmers Market booth.
What We’re Looking For
Barista experience preferred (espresso)
A genuine passion for specialty coffee
Ability to stay calm under pressure during busy rushes
Friendly, dependable, and great with customer service
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs (market equipment, tents, supplies)
Someone excited to grow with a small and community-focused brand
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks
Set up and break down the farmers market booth
Keep the workspace clean and organized
