Overview:
As GM, you'll oversee a small, quality-focused cafe's day-to-day operations, including making delicious coffee for guests. (note: no kitchen – beverage preparation only)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage team/schedule
Coordinate ordering and inventory
Organize small in-store events
Basic accounting/reporting
Barista shifts
Qualifications:
Hospitality mindset/reflex
Management experience
Barista skills (previous work in specialty coffee)
Confident/effective communicator
