We are a commercial cleaning company looking for subcontractors to take on ongoing commercial cleaning contracts.
We are currently looking for individuals that are detail oriented and experienced cleaner
to work as a cleaning subcontractor.
Requirements:
Must be 100% reliable as this is contract work. There is no missing days unless you train your replacement.
You must clean the contracts yourself (no out-sourcing it to another cleaner)
Have a driver's license and reliable transportation.
Clean criminal record.
Detail oriented, no skipping corners .
Enjoy cleaning and care about our client's facility
Responsive and follow requests for improvement.
Have liability insurance.
Experience and reliable picky cleaners ONLY.
We are a very friendly and reasonable company and we care about our sub-contractors and help them as much as we can to satisfy our client and keep our contractors long-term.

Salary: $23.00 to $27.00 /hour depending on the contract. No deductions on the payment.
