Companion Bakeshop is hiring for our busy Westside location. We are currently looking for an Assistant Retail & FOH Manager. We are looking for a mature, responsible individual who has a passion for food and community! Job requirement are below:
Assisting Retail Manager with scheduling, personnel management, training, and overall leadership of the Westside Bakeshop.
Delivering and modeling exceptional customer service to ensure every guest has a positive and memorable experience
Supporting and guiding our front-of-house team during daily shifts
Overseeing use of the Point of Sale (POS) system to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and smooth transactions
Managing flow and organization for our Toast Bar and Café shifts, including menus, ensuring communication and timing remain consistent between team members and production. Assisting with training on shifts in the cafe.
Providing leadership and support for our Market/grocery area of Companion.
Provide leadership and support in retail holiday sales and events
Required availability Friday through Sunday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m
These three days represent some of our busiest and most dynamic shifts, and your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining our high standards for both customer experience and team performance.
