Role Overview
Delivery and Warehouse Associate will play a vital role in ensuring Foodture’s vending machines are stocked with fresh products and operating at peak performance. This position combines on-the-road delivery responsibilities with in-warehouse tasks such as picking and packing orders, printing labels, and preparing inventory for delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations:
Pick and pack food and supplies for delivery orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
Print labels, assemble boxes, and prepare shipments for delivery.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
Delivery and Logistics:
Safely load, transport, and unload inventory, supplies, and vending machine equipment to various locations in the San Francisco region.
Restock vending machines according to inventory requirements and maintain accurate records of deliveries.
Perform routine checks on vending machines to ensure functionality and cleanliness, reporting issues to the operations team.
Assist with the installation and relocation of vending machines when needed.
Follow assigned routes and schedules efficiently to meet delivery timelines.
Ensure all food products are transported, handled, and stored in compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
Customer Interaction:
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with site staff or customers.
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Previous experience in delivery, logistics, or warehouse operations (preferred).
Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) as needed.
Basic knowledge of food safety and handling procedures (e.g., ServSafe certification is a plus).
Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently.
Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety.
Experience with warehouse management systems or similar tools is a plus.
