We are seeking a Dishwasher who will take pride in helping maintain the cleanliness and sanitation standards of our restaurant. The ideal Dishwasher loves being in the kitchen and brings a positive attitude along with them every day.

Responsibilities:
Washing and drying dishes, silverware, cookware, kitchen tools, etc. using both machine and manual cleaning methods
Closely following prep lists and recipes to assist in the preparation of certain food items
Assisting in the maintenance of a clean and organized kitchen
Properly executing opening and closing duties
Keeping Kitchen Supervisor informed of all issues, needs, etc.
Back-of-house side work (cleaning, stocking, organization, etc.)
Running food and bussing tables when necessary
Being amazing
Requirements
Valid food handler’s certificate and strong food safety knowledge
Great attitude
Willingness to learn
Attention to detail
Very reliable and responsible
Multi-task with ease
Lift up to 50lbs
Stand for prolonged periods
Bend, kneel, and stoop
Love of chicken (or tofu!)

Sanitation is a top priority for us, so Dishwashers play a major role in our success. Our Dishwashers are responsible for paying attention to the details of each task on their plate. They are passionate about helping support the kitchen staff and maintaining a clean, organized, and properly stocked kitchen. Working together with our Back of House team, Dishwashers help ensure Proposition Chicken is operating under extremely high sanitation standards, leading to increased customer confidence and loyalty.
