Key Duties and Accountabilities:
-Maintain proper sanitation and health standards
-Understanding of basic three sink compartment temperatures and proper sanitation standards
-Understanding commercial dishwasher
-Ability to maintain a clean and organized dish station
-Cleaning and sterilizing dirty dishes such as glasswares, cutlery, cutting boards, pots and pans
-Sweep and mop the kitchen once it is closed to ensure it is ready for the next day
-Removing kitchen waste from waste containers and disposing of them properly
-Cleaning and maintaining cooking equipment like food mixers, ovens, and stoves
-Supporting the team in basic food preparation like cutting ingredients, peeling and washing food items
-Assist with kitchen organization
-Meet uniform requirements and maintain clean and hygienic practices
