YMCA Camp Campbell is a year-round Outdoor School, Conference Center & Summer Camp. Our kitchen provides guests with daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner250-300 guests per meal. We are hiring a few fantastic food folks to join our stellar crew. The following positions are available -
Dishwasher (Kitchen Helper) - Washes all wares including pots, pans, flatware, and glasses, by hand or using
dishwashers. Correctly places and stores clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned
storage areas. General cleaning (sweep/mop, trash/recycling, etc.)
May assist with preparing various foods for cooking and/or serving as directed.
Prep Cook (Food Handler) - Measure ingredients and seasonings to be used in cooking. Prepare cooking
ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and other meal prep.
Undertake basic cooking duties, such as reducing sauces and parboiling food. Prepare simple
dishes, such as salads and desserts; dishwashing/cleaning responsibilities as well.
Part-time and Full-time positions are available.
