Job Summary
The Busser/Foodrunner/ Expo at Dumpling Time plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, assisting servers, and providing excellent customer service.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Arrive on time, in uniform, and ready to work.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables promptly.
Assist servers by refilling water glasses, delivering food to tables, and responding to guest requests.
Ensure that all service stations are stocked with necessary supplies.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service.
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment.
Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
Ability to bend, stoop, and reach as needed.
