Job Title: Entry Concierge
Overview:
The Academy SF is seeking a reliable candidate with polished presentation and a warm demeanor to join our LGBTQ+ social club as an Entry Concierge, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our esteemed members and guests. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the club's image and ensuring a smooth entry experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet members and guests with professionalism and warmth
Verify memberships and guest lists to ensure entry compliance
Manage the flow of arrivals and departures to maintain an orderly entrance
Provide information about club events, amenities, and guidelines
Collaborate with staff and management to uphold safety and security standards
Handle inquiries and direct individuals to appropriate club areas
Maintain a polished and courteous demeanor at all times
Requirements:
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
Impeccable grooming and presentation
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
Ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
Understanding of the club's mission and commitment to member satisfaction

Work schedule/hours: Regular scheduled hours but must be flexible to work outside of normal business hours.
