Pizzeria Delfina Burlingame is looking for a Front-of-House (FOH) team member with a focus on Hosting to join our dynamic and hospitality-driven team. This is an entry-level position, perfect for those looking to build a career in the restaurant industry. Prior experience hosting is appreciated but not required.
Responsibilities:
Greeting and seating guests
Managing reservations and waitlists
Answering phones and assisting with takeout orders
Supporting the FOH team in ensuring smooth service
We serve Neapolitan-inspired pizza and seasonal antipasti in a lively, hospitality-focused environment, with a weekly changing menu featuring house-made products and locally sourced ingredients.
What We Look For:
A warm, welcoming demeanor and strong communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Prior hosting or guest service experience is a plus
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Weekend availability and a team-player mindset
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive hourly rate ($21–$30 per hour including tips)
