Position Overview:

The Banquet & Opening Manager will oversee all banquet operations, ensuring seamless planning, staffing, and execution of private events. Additionally, this role will assist with daily opening procedures to ensure the restaurant is fully prepared for service. We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Event & Restaurant Sales Manager to join our team! This role is ideal for a dynamic hospitality professional who thrives in event execution, sales, guest satisfaction, and daily restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will lead banquet sales and event planning while also assisting in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth service and exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities:

Banquet Operations: Lead all aspects of private dining and banquet services, from planning and staffing to execution and guest satisfaction.

Event Execution: Coordinate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure flawless event logistics, service flow, and timing.

Opening Procedures: Prepare the restaurant for daily operations, including staff briefings, table setup, and service readiness.

Staff Training & Supervision: Train and guide banquet staff on service standards, timing, and guest interaction. Support front-of-house staff as needed during restaurant openings.

Inventory & Supplies: Maintain banquet equipment, tableware, and service essentials to ensure efficiency and quality.

Quality Control & Guest Satisfaction: Oversee banquet service execution, address guest concerns promptly, and ensure an exceptional event experience.

Sales & Revenue Growth: Assist in driving banquet sales through client outreach, vendor partnerships, and creative event offerings.

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of experience in banquet/event management or restaurant operations.

Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events at once.

A problem-solver who thrives under pressure and can handle last-minute changes with ease.

Passionate about hospitality, guest service, and creating memorable dining experiences.

Excellent communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
