The ideal candidate is comfortable leading a strong culinary team with staff members, has a great palate, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work with ease under high-pressure situations. The candidate should also have experience working banquets/private events and on the hotline.

Required Experience:
- Must have at least 2-5 years of experience in an upscale casual or fine dining restaurant (REQUIRED)
- Able to manage and count inventory
- Understanding of food and labor cost
- Able to understand and process invoices
