Family-owned small bakery/patisserie Boho Petite is looking for a strong Pastry Chef to join our team. Solid experience in French pastries/ dessert is mandatory.

Our offerings include: Annual Salary $85,000 (negotiable, based on skills and experience), Health Insurance Benefits and one week of vacation after one year of service.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to making traditional or/and with modern interpretation of French classics such as mille-feuille, eclairs, St. Honoré, various entermets, laminated pastries, cookies and tarts.
We are a high-end modern French patisserie with a small team focused on creating amazing products for our guests. We aim to create a fun, dynamic, and innovative atmosphere in our kitchen. You will be working with our Pastry team, managing them and the entire pastry operations on a daily basis.
The candidate should have a good professional attitude, can work independently and with a team, create and produce high quality desserts and morning pastries.
Duties and Responsibilities
Bake pastry items from scratch according to pre-established recipes
Create new recipes
Decorate pastries and cakes in a consistent style
Follow portion standards
Maintain inventory
Properly label and store ingredients
Keep kitchen area and tools clean (by managing janitors)
Work a flexible schedule (5 days a week), weekends and holidays
