We are currently hiring for two positions, Dishwasher and Production Assistant.
The Fatted Calf Charcuterie Production Assistant helps with the production of fresh meats, charcuterie and prepared foods for both retail and wholesale distribution. Tasks and responsibilities include butchery, sausage making and other food preparation. Candidates must have a valid Food Handlers Certificate. This is a full time, daytime position, Monday through Friday.
The Dishwasher is responsible for providing a clean and safe kitchen area for our staff. The dishwasher maintains cleanliness and sanitation standards for the production kitchen, retail store space, office and all storage areas. This is a full time, afternoon/evening position, Thursday through Monday.
