JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for experienced Pizzialos with a passion forItalian cuisine, wood fired pizza and eager to be part of cohesive team.
Candidates will play an active role in executing seasonal menu items along from our wood-fired ovens. You will work amongst a growing and dedicated team. Fiorella offers the opportunity to developing your cooking techniques while being accountable for cleanliness, food and equipment safety knowledge.
Applicants must possess a strong sense of urgency, direct communication skills, and experience stretching, building and cooking pizza.
JOB DUTIES:
Stretching, building and cooking pizzas and calzones
Working with seasonal ingredients
General knife handling, food safety & sanitation knowledge
Executing menu items from start to finish. This includes preparation of ingredients, butchery of proteins, cooking and plating of dishes.
Wood fire and pasta cookery
DESIRED SKILLS:
Pizza stretching, building, and cooking, wood-fired cooking a plus
Dough portioning and rolling
1+ year of related Italian Cookingexperience is desired
