Our upscale, world-renowned classic European pastry, coffee, and wine shop has been a staple in the Larkspur community for over 35 years. Our products are shipped all over the world and have been featured on Food Network's "Best Thing I Ever Ate". We are looking for a floor manager to join our team.
Requirements:
Consistent, engaging customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Adherence to local and company policies, including excellence in food safety
Ability to keep the café running smoothly by working with and supporting your team
Ability to relate well with guests and team members in a social and dynamic environment
Great customer service skills
Ability to prioritize and organize production projects
Cash handling experience, familiarity with Clover plus
Ability to assist with ordering and scheduling
Willingness to help with training new staff members
Ability to keep store stocked and clean
